JUBILEE SOCIETY in Mongolia is a registered Non-Government Organisation (NGO). The NGO BOARD has overall responsibility for the JUBILEE SOCIETY and the members are available for advice. However Banjuu is the chief executive of the NGO and is responsible for  the day to day operation. The staff are Jubilee's best asset and share in the vision of reaching the poorest of the poor. There is regular communication between the NGO in Mongolia and the UK charity.

The UK charity Jubilee Society of Mongolia was set up primarily to support the work of the NGO in Mongolia and receives funding from Churches and individuals which is then transferred to Mongolia. The UK expenses are kept to a minimum and consist mainly of postage for the newsletter and visits to the NGO every two or three years to encourage the staff and monitor the work. We work closely with the charities, Karuna Action for child sponsorship and ROPE for specific projects
